For this weekend’s reading, we decided to go with one of the greats of modern literature, a titan in his own right, Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997). One of the preeminent poets of the “Beat Generation”, a movement that came out of 1950s America. Possibly his most famous (some may say infamous) and most controversial poems, it truly is epic in it’s scale, yet understated in its musings.

So kick back, grab whatever poison is your fancy, and enjoy this reading by the writer himself.
